Performance pledge

1. We provide you with a unified national hotline service for consultation and repair (4006888086, service hours from 9:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday; The hotline consultation service is not available during statutory holidays. Please leave a message in our official mall, so that we can help you as soon as possible.

2. If you are not satisfied within 7 days after receiving the goods, you can enjoy the return service without reason. We solemnly promise to refund within 24 hours after receiving your return (except holidays).



Service scope

1. According to the national "Three Guarantees" provisions, within the validity period of "Three Guarantees" and within the scope of responsibility of "Three Guarantees", consumers can enjoy free maintenance services with valid invoices or purchase vouchers.

2. The whole machine enjoys a one-year warranty period and accessories enjoy a 3-month warranty period (battery, charger and other accessories) from the day the customer receives the goods (or the invoice date shall prevail).

3. If the period of validity of the "Three Packages" is exceeded or not within the scope of responsibility of the "Three Packages", the charging service may be conducted according to the current charging standard of Ouda according to the actual situation.

4. The warranty period of repaired products shall be implemented in accordance with the national "three guarantees".

5. All repaired/replaced parts are covered by a 3-month warranty.

6. The electronic/digital products sold by Ouda are subject to the national "three Guarantees policy" (only for products purchased in mainland China).



It does not belong to the three-package service

1. The valid certificate stipulated in the Three Guarantees shall not be presented (except those that can prove that the product is within the validity period of the three Guarantees according to the provisions of the three Guarantees).

2. Failure to use, maintain and store the product according to the requirements of the instructions for use, resulting in damage.

3. Due to accidental damage, abuse, disassembly, repair or modification, maintenance by non-Oda-authorized repair center, sand, water and other artificial faults are not covered by the warranty.

4. Failure caused by natural disasters such as natural disasters, abnormal voltage and other external causes.



Pay attention

1. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please carefully check that the model you purchased is consistent with your order.

2. It is recommended that you take good care of your products and make sure to follow the instructions in the user manual at all times. If your use meets the above requirements, the products you have can provide you with more long-term and better service.

3. When the product needs to be returned for warranty service, please pack it carefully. If necessary, please attach memory card, charger, battery, etc., for reference.

4. If the product has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to check in accordance with the instruction manual before use during important shooting.

5. The parts replaced in the consumer warranty shall not be returned to the user and shall belong to Oda.

6. If the warranty card of Oda products and other relevant instructions are in conflict with relevant national laws and regulations, the relevant national laws and regulations shall be complied with.
