We provide you with a unified national hotline service for consultation and repair (4006888086, service hours from 9:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday; The hotline consultation service is not available during statutory holidays. Please leave a message in our official mall, so that we can help you as soon as possible.
2. If you are not satisfied within 7 days after receiving the goods, you can enjoy the return service without reason. We solemnly promise to refund within 24 hours after receiving your return (except holidays).
1. According to the national "Three Guarantees" provisions, within the validity period of "Three Guarantees" and within the scope of responsibility of "Three Guarantees", consumers can enjoy free maintenance services with valid invoices or purchase vouchers.
